Capita plc objected to the name used by Capita Moore Ltd under the Companies Act 2006.

This decision was undefended. ‘Undefended’ refers to decisions where there has been no defence in response to the application to the Company Names Tribunal.

On the 10 June 2014, the adjudicator gave notice under sections 73(4) and (5) of the Companies Act 2006 that the company name of Capita Moore Ltd is changed to 08575817 Ltd.
