Beachbody LLC objected to the name used by Beachbody Insanity Limited under the Companies Act 2006.

This decision was undefended. ‘Undefended’ refers to decisions where there has been no defence in response to the application to the Company Names Tribunal.

On 6 October 2014, the adjudicator gave notice under sections 73(4) and (5) of the Companies Act 2006 that the company name of Beachbody Insanity Limited is changed to 08955483 Limited.
