Aldi Stores Ltd objected to the name used by Aldi Global Ltd under the Companies Act 2006.

This decision was undefended. ‘Undefended’ refers to decisions where there has been no defence in response to the application to the Company Names Tribunal.

On the 21 July 2014, the adjudicator gave notice under sections 73(4) and (5) of the Companies Act 2006 that the company name of Aldi Global Ltd is changed to 07274987 Ltd.
