Intel Corporation objected to the name used by ABC Intel Ltd under the Companies Act 2006.

This decision was undefended. ‘Undefended’ refers to decisions where there has been no defence in response to the application to the Company Names Tribunal.

On the 20 June 2014, the adjudicator gave notice under sections 73(4) and (5) of the Companies Act 2006 that the company name of ABC Intel Ltd is changed to SC465826 Ltd.
