This document contains the following information: Civil Nuclear Police Authority report and accounts 2006 to 2007.

This is the second annual report and accounts of the CNPA and the Civil Nuclear Constabulary (CNC) which were established in April 2005 under the Energy Act 2004. The CNPA is an executive non-departmental public body sponsored by the Department for Business, Enterprise and Regulatory Reform, and its role is to oversee the work of the CNC.

This paper was laid before Parliament in response to a legislative requirement or as a Return to an Address and was ordered to be printed by the House of Commons.
