     'Parent companies and parent LLPs' section updated to reflect the changes to the thresholds for exceeding a medium-sized company that were made in April 2025.

     Thresholds for defining a large business have been updated.

     Guidance has been significantly updated to reflect upcoming regulatory changes. Changes made to thresholds for defining a large business, effective from April 2025. New reporting requirements for businesses with reporting periods starting in January 2025 added to page. Specific reporting changes for businesses with qualifying construction contracts, coming into effect in March 2025, added to page.
