The audit examined the Isle of Anglesey Council’s arrangements for the delivery of official food sampling controls, a major part of the authority’s food hygiene and standards function. The scope of the audit included an assessment of the authority’s overall organisation and management, and the internal monitoring of food hygiene and food standards sampling activities.
