The Department of Energy & Climate Change (DECC) commissioned qualitative research with small and medium sized businesses that would be affected by the upgrade to smart meters. This project explored their awareness, understanding, experiences of and attitudes towards smart energy meters and smart energy products and services. The key findings from the research presented in this report.
