The Animal Welfare Ethical Review Body (AWERB) subgroup of the Animals in Science Committee (ASC) held its 13th workshop for the AWERB Hub on 15 October 2025.
The aim of the event was to enable attendees to share and discuss:
- an update on the work of the ASC
- requirements, benefits, and barriers to rehoming
- setting up and successfully running a rehoming program
- case studies on rehoming
This report sets out the key points and findings from the workshop.
