List of candidates eligible for appointment as arbitrators for the UK's free trade agreements (FTAs)

This page provides the UK’s list of arbitrators for dispute settlement under the UK’s FTAs. These individuals were appointed following the 2020 and 2025 expression of interest processes. They are available to act as arbitrators for disputes launched under the state-to-state dispute settlement mechanisms within the UK’s free trade agreements.

See the list of agreed arbitrators for:

  • UK-Japan Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA)
  • UK-Republic of Korea FTA
  • UK-Republic of Singapore FTA

The arbitrators listed below are not eligible for these lists until such time as their agreed lists are renegotiated with the respective FTA partner country.
