  1. Application to register one or more designs fees updated for the 1 April 2026.

  2. A new end page has been added. This contains a checklist and sending instructions. Supporting text added to questions that required further clarification.

  3. Edited Section 10 - The special arrangements allowing customers to file a UK right and claim the earlier filing date of the pending EU application ended on the 30 September, this option has been removed from the form.

  4. Form DF2A fee sheet updated.

  10. Enhancements have been made to the designs form DF2A, which includes guidance on how to complete the form easier. We will continue to accept the old form until 31st January 2015.
