Directions under section 37A

  1. The registrar has given the following Directions under section 37A of the Registered Design Act 1949.

  2. These Directions direct the use of electronic communications for form DF2A for making an application to the Patent Office for the registration of a design.

  3. These Directions come into force on 31 May 2016.
