Accessibility Statement For Fraud Risk Assessment (FRA) Accelerator
Published 9 April 2026
This accessibility statement applies to the Fraud Risk Assessment (FRA) Accelerator tool, managed by the Public Sector Fraud Authority in the Cabinet Office.
This tool is designed to help public sector organisations conduct fraud risk assessments. We want as many people as possible to be able to use this tool. For example, that means you should be able to:
- change colours, contrast levels and fonts
- zoom in up to 300% without the text spilling off the screen
- navigate most of the tool using just a keyboard
- navigate most of the tool using speech recognition software
- listen to most of the tool using a screen reader (including the most recent versions of NVDA and JAWS)
We’ve also made the text in the tool as simple as possible to understand.
AbilityNet has advice on making your device easier to use if you have a disability.
Compliance status
The FRA Accelerator is fully compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.2 AA standard.

Preparation of this accessibility statement
This statement was prepared on 9th April 2026. It was last reviewed on 9th April 2026..
This tool was last tested on 23rd September 2025. The test was carried out by the Digital Accessibility Centre.
We used the following approach to deciding on a sample of pages to test: We tested the full end-to-end core user journey, which included the welcome page, the instructional ‘How do I use the tool?’ page, the ‘Generate Fraud Risks’ data entry and file upload forms, and the final generation loading process.
The test was carried out using a combination of manual technical auditing and user testing with assistive technologies, including JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, and TalkBack screen readers; Dragon voice activation; ZoomText and Windows Magnifier; and manual keyboard-only checks.
The website has been tested against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standard.
