Warren has more than 25 years’ experience in senior finance leadership roles within the energy, oil and gas, utilities, professional services and construction sectors.
He has a proven track record of creating, developing and leading high performing finance and programme teams and a strong record of achieving highly successful outcomes within complex, high growth, turnaround and transformation environments.

Warren is responsible for the Independent Performance Assurance Group, finance, business planning, Group Business Services and the Information Services Organisation.
