Warren Tucker
Biography
Warren Tucker was a Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee at the Foreign & Commonwealth Office from November 2015 to August 2020. He is also a Non-Executive Director of:
- Tate & Lyle Plc where he chairs the audit committee and serves on the remuneration committee
- TT Electronics Plc, where he is Chairman
Warren is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has an MBA from INSEAD. He was Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Cobham plc for a decade until 2013, and a Non-Executive Director of Reckitt Benckiser Plc from 2010 to 2020.
