Victoria Cochrane
Biography
Victoria Cochrane was appointed as a non-executive member of the HM Courts & Tribunals Service Board in November 2014 and also was the chair of the HMCTS Audit and Risk Assurance Committee until November 2020.
Victoria is a non-executive director of Ninety One plc and Euroclear Bank SA/NV and chairs the Audit Committees of both companies. She is also the Senior Non-Executive Director of IntegraFin Holdings plc. Victoria was previously a non-executive director of Bowater Industries and Perpetual Income and Growth Investment Trust PLC. She qualified as a solicitor and spent more than 20 years as a litigator, first in private practice and then as General Counsel to Ernst & Young. She later took on responsibility for Quality, Compliance and Risk at Ernst & Young in 2003 and spent the last five years of her time there as a member of the Global Executive Board heading up Risk worldwide.
