Victoria Bowman
Biography
Victoria took up the post of Deputy Director for Corporate Services in October 2016. She worked most recently in the Scottish Government where she headed up the European Relations team before working on the Scottish Government’s International Framework. Prior to this, Victoria was Deputy Director for the UK Border Agency’s Scotland and Northern Ireland Region and provided devolution advice to Home Office policy officials. She spent time in the Scotland Office from 2008 to 2009 when she headed up the Home Affairs and Social Policy teams. Prior to this, she worked in the European Commission in Brussels and started her career in what is now the Ministry of Justice.
