Vicky Rock
Biography
Vicky joined HM Treasury (HMT) in March 2011, this was followed by a short secondment at the British Business Bank, before returning to HMT in July 2015 to lead the Government Financial Reporting Team.
Since January 2019 Vicky has been Director, Public Spending HMT. Vicky leads the teams responsible for delivering high quality Government financial reporting and data, with a focus on using this information to improve decision making and accountability across government. She is a CIPFA qualified accountant.
Vicky is also the Senor Responsible Officer (SRO) for the OSCAR II Project and Deputy Head of the Government Finance Function.
