Tracy Hodgkiss
Biography
Tracy Hodgkiss is Director of People and Change and has responsibility for setting the people agenda and strategy for the Planning Inspectorate. Tracy has Board level experience in organizational development, business transformation and change management in both the public and private sectors. Most recently, she led a number of strategic people-related change initiatives in the operational arm of Thomas Cook Airlines, where she had responsibility for 3,500 remote workers all over Europe. Tracy worked with the Rural Payments Agency in 2013 and also has experience of the housing, retail, finance and construction industries.
