Tom Nixon is Interim HR Director and is a member of GAD’s Executive Committee and Board.
He has extensive experience in people strategy, organisational change and workforce development. His career has spanned the public, charity and housing sectors.
Tom is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management.
