Tom McCormack
Biography
Tom joined the Marine Management Organisation (MMO) in September 2019, as Chief Executive Officer.
Tom has more than 25 years in public service, including senior positions across the Department of Work and Pensions. Tom is passionate about improving colleague engagement and leadership capability at all levels. He has significant experience and success in leading and transforming large-scale, complex operations – creating sustained improvements in outcomes; services; efficiency and organisational culture – through engaged; supported and inspired colleagues and teams.
Tom has been recognised nationally for his leadership and delivery.
