RAdm Tom Karsten
Biography
Rear Admiral Karsten RN was Chief Executive at Cefas from September 2015 to June 2020.
He has served in the Royal Navy for 34 years and has held posts including:
- Operations and Commander British Forces Gibraltar, 2010 to 2012
- Director of the Maritime Warfare Centre
- Navy Command’s Deputy Commander Operations
- Commander HMS Endurance
