Tim Sparrow
Biography
Tim Sparrow is the Finance and Commercial Director for the Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport. He joined DCMS in 2007, acting as the Finance Director since July 2016. He has spent most of his career in public sector finance, qualifying as a Chartered Public Finance Accountant in the NHS and then moving into local government before joining DCMS, where he has worked in a number of different finance roles. Tim was the Treasurer and an active member of his local National Trust Volunteer Group for 16 years and spent two years as a trustee of Thames Chase Trust.
