Terry Robertson
Biography
Terry is a specialist in strategy and public sector reform and joined HM Land Registry in 2020 as Deputy Director for Strategy.
Terry was previously Director of Strategic Planning at the Marine Management Organisation (MMO), the regulator of England’s seas. Prior to this he was a senior leader at the Security Industry Authority, an executive agency accountable to the Home Office.
During his Civil Service career, Terry has built organisational strategic planning capability using his portfolio management expertise and managed significant change transformation programmes including; regulatory reform and organisation restructuring.
Terry started his career as a management consultant at Deloitte LLP where he spent many years delivering strategic change and transformation projects in both the public and private sector.
