Susan Boyd
Biography
Susan Boyd joined the Rural Payments Agency in April 2018 and has been in the Civil Service for over 30 years, predominantly in the Department for Work and Pensions. She has significant operational experience and has had a full range of operational jobs. She has also worked on planning and performance in operations and change programmes.
Operational Delivery Director
Susan is currently responsible for the operational delivery of the Basic Payment Scheme, Countryside Stewardship and Environmental Stewardship.
