Stuart Morgan joined Companies House in 1988 and is responsible for customer delivery, operations, register integrity and enforcement.
Stuart has a background in compliance, operational leadership and leading strategic change. He created and lead the integrity unit in 2013, introducing a wide range of compliance and enforcement activities. Stuart drove a series of initiatives that led to Companies House having some of the highest compliance rates of any registry in the world. Stuart has also led strategic digital changes such as electronic mortgage registration and digital reminders.
Director of Operations and Customer Delivery
The Director of Operations and Customer Delivery oversees the departments that are responsible for:
- maintaining an accurate register of company data
- providing customer support through the contact centre and second line support teams
- the operation of compliance, register integrity and enforcement functions
- official statistics at Companies House
