Stuart Gallimore
Biography
Stuart was appointed to the Child Safeguarding Practice Review Panel in December 2021.
Stuart qualified as a social worker 37 years ago and recently retired after 7 years as Director of Children’s Services in East Sussex County Council. He was President of the Association of Directors of Children’s Services from 2018 to 2019.
Stuart has previously served as a trustee on the Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen and Families Association board, the UK’s oldest national tri-service military charity, and is currently the chair of trustees for an overseas children’s charity.
