Steven Cooper
Biography
Steven is the incoming CEO of Aldermore Bank, having recently stepped down as Group CEO of C. Hoare & Co, a leading UK Private Bank.
Previously Steven was a Senior Executive at Barclays where he held a number of executive positions including CEO Barclaycard Business (the leading global payments franchise), CEO Personal Banking for UK & Europe and CEO UK Business Banking. He also led on Community Investment and Diversity programmes for the UK.
Steven has extensive international experience; he has lived and worked across Africa, USA, Europe and India.
Steven is Chair of Experian UK; in addition, he serves as a NED of the listed recruitment firm Robert Walters PLC and a private equity backed payments business.
