Steve Glasson
Biography
Steve is an experienced commercial professional and leader with proven expertise in developing and implementing commercial and supply chain strategies.
During his time with Sellafield Ltd and the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority, Steve’s experience has covered delivery of the full commercial lifecycle across major capital projects, high hazard retrievals and remediation, infrastructure and professional services.
Steve particularly has a passion and a proven track record in developing enterprise-level strategy, delivering complex procurements, optimising collaborative contract management approaches and developing long-term functional capability in line with industry best practice.
Steve became supply chain director (interim) at Sellafield Ltd in January 2024.

Steve is responsible for the implementation of our Supply Chain Strategy which ensures the safe, reliable and predictable operation of the business against our operations, corporate and baseline plans.
