Stephen Phillips
Biography
Stephen Phillips took up the role of Deputy High Commissioner on 14 November 2016. Before coming to Malawi Stephen worked in the Ministry of Defence in London and previously for UKTI DSO in Brunei. Stephen worked in a number of countries prior to joining the Civil Service, including Eritrea and Angola (Cabinda).
