Stephen Kelly
Biography
Stephen Kelly was appointed Chief Operating Officer for Government and Head of the Efficiency and Reform Group in September 2012.
Stephen has been on the board and held executive roles at UK FTSE and US NASDAQ companies. He has worked in New York, California and Europe. Most recently, he was CEO of FTSE company Micro Focus (MCRO.L) from 2006.
Within government, Stephen started the new commercial models programme, looking to change current Civil Service operations to stimulate growth and reduce the deficit.
