Stephen Hillcoat
Biography
Stephen Hillcoat joined the Wales Office in July 2010 as Principal Private Secretary to the Secretary of State.
He joined the Civil Service in 1986, and has worked in a number of departments covering a wide range of policy areas including:
- Royal Commission on Long Term Care for the Elderly
- Innovators Council
- Freedom of information
He has supported a large number of Cabinet Ministers throughout his career.
