Sonia Pawson

Biography

An experienced Chartered Occupational Psychologist and Public Sector Service Delivery leader with extensive experience and a strong track record of designing and delivering people solutions in complex, regulated environments. Sonia has worked on a number of cross-government initiatives, including the design and implementation of the Success Profiles Framework. In her earlier career she worked on key organisational initiatives for NOMS, the wider Ministry of Justice and HM Inspectorate of Prisons, applying psychology positively to influence cultural change and the experience of work.

  • Test User Occupational: Personality (Level B – Intermediate, September 2004 – trained in NEO-PIR, Hogan’s suite, OPQ, MBTI, Firo-B, Resilience Questionnaire, WAVE)
  • Test User Occupational: Ability (Level A – vocational, aptitude, attainment – June 2004)
