Roy Hill

Biography

With over 30 years’ experience in business development and project management, Roy has led the delivery of complex infrastructure projects across Europe, Asia, the Middle East and the United States. Roy recently worked with Highways England, supporting their transformation programme. Before this, he was the Project Director for CH2M Hill, HS2 Ltd’s Development Partner, and part of the executive team that developed the Phase One hybrid Bill.

Previously, Roy was responsible for CH2M Hill’s European region, which employs over 1,200 staff in 12 countries. Its major programmes have included management of the London 2012 Olympics infrastructure, implementation management of London Tideway Tunnels for Thames Water, and programme delivery for Crossrail.

Roy graduated from Brunel University with a Bachelor’s degree and received an MBA from Henley Management College. He is a Fellow of the ICE and a Member of the APM.
