Simon Haben
Biography
Simon Haben enjoys strategic challenges and making a difference and has over 25 years’ experience of working with a variety of businesses in both the public and private sectors.
Simon has held a number of executive positions in both human resources and operations functions where he has used his particular strengths to identify strategic but practical solutions to issues and deliver transformation. He currently works for Royal Mail as HR Director Strategy and Services.
In addition to his executive career Simon has been a trustee of a Cambridge based charity and sat on the Board of United Colleges Group for 8 years and joined the Magnox Board in the autumn of 2019.
Simon has been attracted by the opportunities ahead and the important nature of the work undertaken at Dounreay.
