Biography
Simon Claydon is the Director of Civil Service Pay, Policy and Pensions at the Cabinet Office.
Simon was previously, from June 2021 to May 2023, the Director of People, Capability and Change at the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities.
In a 32 year Civil Service career, Simon has held a number of other senior HR and other leadership roles, including at HM Revenue and Customs, Cabinet Office and Department of Health and Social Care.
