Biography
Simon joined the Prison Service in 1986 as a forensic psychologist at what is now HMP Northumberland.
His roles since then have included:
- Head of Resettlement and Psychology for Thames Valley and Hampshire
- Deputy Director and Head of Regime Services
- Head of Commissioning
- Programme Director for the Prison Reform Programme
