Biography
Sidonie Kingsmill joined HM Courts & Tribunals Service in September 2015.
Sidonie has a wealth of experience in using customer insight and user-led service design to change organisations and make services better for users. Prior to joining HMCTS she was Group Brands Director at Tesco, and has also worked for companies such as Procter & Gamble and Metro International Newspapers.
