Biography
Shameem joined Nuclear Waste Services (NWS) in September 2024 and holds the position of Human Resources Director. Prior to joining NWS, Shameem held HR leadership roles at Aston Martin, Saint Gobain and Air Liquide.
With over two decades of experience within prominent organisations, Shameem has a proven history of delivering HR models/functions that are fit for purpose. She has created environments and cultures that are inclusive, led teams through high-value organisational change, and supported the build of sustainable high-performing teams, which drive organisational excellence.
Shameem is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD).
