Scott Simpson
Biography
Scott Simpson was Deputy Head of Mission in the British Embassy in Costa Rica from 2008 to 2013. Previously he has served in Thailand, Peru and Greece. Scott has substantial consular and security experience. He joined the FCO in 1991.
