Sarah Payne
Biography
Sarah Payne is Director, National Offender Management Service (NOMS) in Wales. From 1 June 2014, Sarah will have responsibility for the new National Probation Service in Wales, as well as responsibility for all Welsh prisons in the public and contracted sectors.
Sarah will also provide direct oversight and leadership to the new Community Rehabilitation Company (CRC) in Wales until it moves to new providers in the autumn of 2014, when she will hold the contract.
