She has more than 20 years’ experience in the public sector including roles in the Department for Education and Cabinet Office.

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) leads the day-to-day operation of Skills England and heads the organisation’s senior leadership team.
The CEO is responsible for setting the organisation’s strategic direction, ensuring it delivers on its objectives, and ensuring it uses its powers efficiently and effectively.
They are also responsible for building strong partnerships with key stakeholders, including government, businesses, and training providers.
