Sarah Harper
Biography
Sarah took up her appointment as Deputy Head of Mission to Latvia in July 2016. She joined the Foreign and Commonwealth Office in 2008. Sarah has previously been posted to South Korea and has worked on a wide range of issues in the FCO and Cabinet Office in London. Sarah was born on 28 September 1983 and grew up in St. Albans, UK. She studied History and International Relations at Lancaster University. She is married to Richard Harper and they have one son.
