Samuel Paice
Biography
Samuel Paice was previously Head of the Governor’s Office in Montserrat.
He joined the Foreign Office in 2002, working first on South East Asia, and then the Overseas Territories. Sam’s first diplomatic posting was in Albania, followed by over seven years in East Africa (Rwanda, then Uganda). After a posting in Kosovo, he was Team Leader in Western Balkans Department in London for 3 years.
Before arriving in Montserrat, Sam spent a year and half leading the FCDO’s Parliamentary work on the Israel-Gaza crisis
