Sam Rowbury
Biography
Sam Rowbury has been Policy Delivery Director at CCS since 2014. He was appointed a member of the CCS board in February 2016.
Sam joined the Civil Service in 1996 and started his career in the Department of the Environment. He has since worked in a range of central government posts including leading negotiations in Brussels on EU legislation and as a press officer to the Deputy Prime Minister.
