Rosemary Thew
Biography
Rosemary Thew was the Chief Executive of the Driving Standards Agency (DSA) from October 2005 to June 2013. She left the Civil Service in June 2013.
Before joining DSA, she was the Field Director for Jobcentre Plus in the West Midlands. Rosemary was a career civil servant whose previous roles have included management, policy and project work in the field of employment. Before Jobcentre Plus was set up, she was Regional Director of the Employment Service.
