Roddy Miller
Biography
Roddy joined Sellafield Ltd in March 2022 as head of retrievals value stream.
Prior to joining Sellafield Ltd, he enjoyed a diverse career with over 20 years’ experience leading project and programme portfolios and business transformations across Europe, Middle East, and Asia.
This experience has been gained through a range of senior and executive roles supporting nuclear and other highly regulated sectors.
Roddy was appointed Chief Operating Officer in 2024.

As the Chief Operating Officer for Sellafield Ltd, Roddy is responsible for the overall programme delivery and performance of the operations at Sellafield, one of the world’s most complex nuclear and industrial site.

He’s also accountable for ensuring that decisions taken in the leadership and management of the business do not adversely impact nuclear safety and security, with both remaining the overriding priority for Sellafield’s operations and activities.
