Rob Fletcher

Biography

Rob initially joined the Nuclear Restoration Services Ltd Board in April 2021 as an Independent Non-Executive Director.

From 1 October 2023 Rob was appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO) having undertaken the role of Interim Chief Executive Officer (CEO) from 1 May 2023.  

Rob’s 35-year career in the nuclear industry started at the Atomic Weapons Establishment as a Board Director, where he eventually became Acting Managing Director.

Moving to Rolls-Royce as Director of Strategic Programmes – Nuclear, Rob then became President of Nuclear Services and Projects before being appointed as President/CEO Civil Nuclear and a Board Member of Rolls-Royce Power Engineer plc.

Rob has an honours degree in Chemical Engineering, a Masters Degree in Business Administration, a Diploma in Company Direction from the Institute of Directors and is a Chartered Engineer.
