Biography

British Deputy Consul General at São Paulo and Deputy Director for Trade and Investment for Brazil since November 2009.

Born in London in 1963. Third Secretary in Dar es Salaam (Tanzania) in 1986. Third Secretary at the UK Delegation to the Council of Europe (Strasbourg) in 1988. Between 1991 and 1995 worked at the Foreign & Commonwealth Office in London. In 1996 was appointed Second Secretary Commercial in São Paulo.
In 2001 was appointed Head of Press and Public Affairs at the British Embassy in Moscow. In 2004 was appointed Director for Trade and Investment for Portugal at the British Embassy in Lisbon. Deputy Consul General and Deputy Director UKTI Brazil in 2009.
