Richard Poppleton
Biography
Richard Poppleton has retired as the Director of Wales at the Planning Inspectorate. Richard is a chartered town planner and joined the Inspectorate in 1990 following a planning career in local government. He has worked as a field inspector in both England and Wales, managing a wide range of appeal casework, development plan inquiries and examinations. He also worked as a manager of inspectors and administrative staff.
